Freedom to Cancel

You are not under any contract to maintain your membership. If you decide to cancel your membership, you are free to do so at any time.

How to Cancel

  • You may terminate your membership at any time directly from your user backend on our website. This is the quickest and simplest way to manage your membership status.
  • If for any reason you are unable to access your user backend, you may also request cancellation by sending an email to support@tradeyourownway.com. Please note, email requests should be made at least 48 hours prior to your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the ensuing year.
  • Cancellations and refunds are not available if your account has been terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions.

Refunds and Access Post-Cancellation

  • In the case of cancellations post the renewal charge, we are unable to offer refunds. However, you will maintain full access to all member-exclusive resources until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Should you cancel mid-subscription period, you retain full access to all exclusive content until the end of your current paid term. However, partial refunds or credits for the unused portion of your subscription are not available.

Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be effective once posted to this page. Users are encouraged to review the cancellation policy periodically to stay informed about any updates.

Misuse and Abuse

Any misuse or abuse of the cancellation policy, including but not limited to frequent cancellations and reactivations, may result in termination of the user's account. The company reserves the right to take any necessary actions to prevent such abuse.

Reactivation of Membership

If a member wishes to reactivate their membership after cancellation, they can do so by contacting our customer support. It is at the company's discretion to approve reactivation requests, and certain conditions or fees may apply.

Exceptions

While our cancellation policy is strict about not offering refunds post-renewal, we acknowledge that there may be special circumstances that warrant review. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, it should be noted that we are under no obligation to provide a refund once a renewal has been charged.
